All fine art prints are produced by LIGiclee.com. This premier printing company is committed to printing museum quality prints using only superior archival papers and canvases. Prints are varnished with UV protective mediums. Upon request, limited edition prints can be stretched, matted and framed or gallery wrapped.

Each limited edition giclee print sold is accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity printed by LIGiclee.com Certificate of Authenticity gives buyers a guarantee of quality standards and adds fine art value. All prints are hand signed by the artist.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit card payments are accepted through our secure, automated PayPal online ordering system. Cash, Checks or Money Order payments are also accepted. Checks must be cleared before shipping.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Most paintings are shipped rolled and unframed, carefully packed in sturdy tubes for shipping. Stretched and/or framed prints are carefully packed using standard durable packaging materials. We offer free shipping for unstretched prints by UPS ground service within the contiguous 48 United States. All goods are covered by insurance in transit. Stretched/Framed artwork is subject to additional shipping costs. It may be picked up by your carier or we provide a carrier for you upon approved estimate.
DELIVERY
Delivery is made within 10 days of payment clearance, unless therwise arranged with a buyer.
RETURN POLICY
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Art pieces are carefully inspected & packaged to ensure safe delivery. As a customer, you have the right to return incorrect or flawed merchandise. Any claims must be made within 10 days after delivery. This can be done by e-mailing to us.
For standard products, there is a 10 day return period if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. The product being returned must be in its original form and must not be damaged or altered in any way for a new selection of your choice or a refund. Custom products can not be returned. This is because the production of the custom product is based on the choices made by the customer and therefore, confines them to a commitment to the services that they are requesting.
We are not liable for insignificant distinctions of the product received compared to the product description. Slight variations in size, color, and substrate texture are expected occasionally due to applied technology. Appearance of products can vary when compared to on-screen appearance because of dissimilar graphic cards, browsers, or monitors. Returns are not accepted because of such insignificant distinctions.
We do not accept cancelled orders. Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure the quickest production time possible for our customers. Any orders placed take time and professional work and is done so on your request. Most of our product is custom made specifically for you. Any cancellations and unauthorized returns are subject to restocking fees, labor fees, and shipping charges.

Travel Expences. All travel expences incurred by the artist in the execution of this commission wil be covered by the client. Such expenses will be estimated by the artist at the beginning of this commission.
Remaining 50% of the Total Price is paid upon satisfactory completion and delivery of the painting. The final painting is usually completed within two months after it is started.

Cancellation and Cancellation Fee: In the event that the client wishes at anytime to cancel the commission he may do so by contacting the artist. If the commission is canceled before color study approval (1/2 way point), the artist shall return the commission installment less a 25% cancellation fee. If the commission is canceled after color study approval, the artist shall return the commission installment less 50% for a cancellation fee. The painting shall become the property of the artist including all legal rights to show and sell. ( If artist is unable to complete the commission and must cancel, artist shall return the commission installment in full).
Delivery of Work: All other expenses incurred by the artist, i.e., framing, crating, and shipping, shall be covered by the client. Such expenses will be estimated by the artist during the course of the commission and will be due upon final payment of price of work, and prior to shipping.
Copywrite. Fees are only for the original artwork and do not include copyrights or reproduction rights which remain with the artist. (Clarification of Artist rights as protected by the Federal Copyright Act of 1976 and the Federal visual rights act of 1991. Purchase of a copyrighted artwork does not transfer the copyrights. The copyright to reproduce the works in copies, to produce derivative work based on the copyrighted image and distribute copies is retained by the Artist. Any transfer of this copyright must be in writing expressly identifying what rights are being sold and for what purpose.) Works of art cannot be modified without the permission of the artist. Works cannot be mutilated or modified in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the Artist. (A reproduction of work will appear on artist’s website and portfolio.)
Title of Ownership. Title of ownership in the work shall pass from the artist to the client upon the clients payment of the final installment of the artist’s fee for the work.
